Dear Mr Partridge,
My father Mr John Webster, of Hokianga has asked me to reply to
your favour of 15th ulto re your publication of a book entitled
"Pictorial and Biographical History of Old New Zealand".
I enclose herewith a short biography which I wrote out and
appeared in our local paper the 'Waitemata Post' on the 29th June
last the 30th being his birthday.
I also forward one of his latest photos.
The old dad's memory is failing him a bit but otherwise he is
tip top.
He sends his kindest regards to you.
Wishing you all sorts of good luck with your book.
